Good news for foreign families
Now unmarried and unmarried children over the age of 18 living with their parents,
They can extend the residence permit even after 25 years.

What has changed

Previously, an extension was only possible for up to 25 years.
Now the age limit has actually been lifted, provided the conditions are met.

The main requirement

A certificate of marital status
with a mandatory apostille.

Why is this important?

This innovation is especially important if the child:
▪️ is studying;
▪️ is supported by parents;
▪️ lives in the same family.

This change makes life easier for foreign families and confirms Turkey's commitment to a family-oriented migration policy. 🇹🇷
