Patients can remotely communicate with doctors via video and audio calls through the e-Nabız platform .

Doctors can prescribe medicines by electronic prescription. If necessary, the patient will be offered a face-to-face examination. This system reduces density in hospitals and provides easier access to health services.

Distance counseling is available at Ministry of Health hospitals and is covered by the social insurance policy (SGK).

To get a consultation, make an appointment through the Central Recording System (MHRS), e-devlet or other convenient means. You can see one doctor per day

Various health certificates and reports can also be requested remotely.
