🔹️ Owners can now post listings themselves or authorize agents through an electronic system. This will get rid of unscrupulous intermediaries and fake ads.
✅️Listings labeled "EIDS Verified" ✅ will contain all necessary information, including ownership data, eliminating "ghost apartments" and price manipulation.
🔹️ Although the system is still in pilot mode, it will become mandatory by January 1, 2025. This means that all transactions will be even safer for buyers and tenants. 🔑
