New Property Valuation Rules in Türkiye

As of September 29, 2026, updated property valuation rules apply to applications for Turkish citizenship by investment.

What has changed?

🔹 Who conducts the valuation?
The valuation report may be prepared by a company authorized by the SPK — the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye.

🔹 How is the application submitted?
The application is submitted through Web Tapu / TADEBİS.

🔹 What is TTB?
Based on the valuation, a TTB (Tutar Tespit Belgesi) is issued. This document determines the investment amount taken into account for citizenship purposes.

🔹 TTB validity period:
The document is valid for 12 months.

Has the investment threshold changed?

No. The new rules change the valuation and documentation process, but do not cancel the existing minimum investment requirement for Turkish citizenship.

💰 The investment requirement remains in place.
