A dedicated WhatsApp hotline is available at: 0532 727 43 10.
The hotline can be used to report agents operating without the required licences or permits, misleading property listings, and serious professional misconduct.
After the complaints are reviewed, the information may be forwarded to the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of Türkiye for further assessment and appropriate action.
The new system aims to improve transparency in the real estate market and protect buyers and property owners from unreliable or non-compliant market participants.
When submitting a complaint, it is recommended to provide as much relevant information as possible, including the agent's details, a description of the violation and any supporting evidence.
