AhLP Residence: Modern apartments and villas by the sea in Mersin

Our AhLP Residence project in Mersin is located just 200 meters from the sea and is divided into two phases each with its own social area. In the project we offer the latest technology in construction according to European standards.

1 phase:

The project will consist of 2 blocks A and B and it will have 4 villas. There will be a total of 357 apartments in both blocks.

2 phase:

The project will consist of 1 block and the first floor will house 6 commercial properties. There will be 201 apartments in total.

• 2+1: 100-105 м2

- Ceramic floors in the hallway, bathroom and balconies

- Laminate flooring in rooms of 32nd class with thickness of 8 mm

- Closet-compartment in the hallway

- MDF kitchen set

- Bathrooms: shower cabin, washbasin, ceramic floors and walls, light fixtures

- Plasterboard ceilings

- Steel entrance door

- Balcony railings made of tempered glass
