Formula 1 is officially returning to Istanbul, with races scheduled from 2027 to 2031 at Istanbul Park. A 5-year contract has been signed, drawing attention not only from motorsport fans but also from investors.

Major international events typically boost local economies. Increased tourism, infrastructure development, and rising demand for short-term rentals are expected.

The districts of Tuzla and Pendik, located on the Asian side of the city, are gaining particular interest due to their proximity to the circuit and convenient transport links.

Experts suggest that the period between 2026 and 2027 could be the ideal time to enter the market before prices significantly rise.
